VACANCY

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Supply Chain department. Together with three colleagues, you will be responsible for handling mainly international orders and monitoring their administrative processing. You will coordinate with our external warehouse on a daily basis and book orders with our carriers. You will also be responsible for providing the correct export documents.

You will be the point of contact for any questions from customers, sales managers, agents, warehouses and carriers. Any complaints will be followed up by you.

You will also provide support for credit control and provide administrative support to the sales organization.

WHO ARE YOU

• Completed MBO+ level in the direction of administration/export;

• Fluent command of Dutch and English. Command of French and/or German is a plus;

• Extensive experience in arranging export shipments/documents;

• Good communication skills, both face to face and via virtual communication;

• Extensive experience with Office 365;

• Proactive and customer-oriented attitude;

• Experience with Exact and Dynamics is a plus;

• A structured working method;

• You are stress-resistant.
